WHEN COMMUNITIES ARE HURTING,
THEY CALL JEFF YALDEN!
After the Canadian Mental Health Association called Woodstock, Ontario, Canada “a
city in crisis” and “a community experiencing a suicide contagion,” they called on Jeff.
After his 昀椀ve-day visit, there were no more teen suicides.
Another small Midwestern community reached out to Jeff after experiencing 12 suicides
in one year, including four in six weeks. After his visit, not one suicide occurred.
After a school experienced a suicide in the school bathroom they called Jeff and within
a week, Jeff brought the school climate and morale back to normal.
When another school community lost fourteen students to suicide, including three in one
day, and a school shooting, Jeff came to the community on his own because nobody
was acting. That night, 5,000 people watched Jeff speak on LIVESTREAM and over
500 community members and teens came to the church to hear Jeff talk. Jeff never was
hired by the school. He was and is very vocal about school communities not acting on
behalf of the students, teachers and staff, giving them hope and support.
Jeff has been to many school communities seeking support and guidance and Jeff
instantly changes things and builds incredible friendships and offers hope to all who
listen.
